South Florida EverBank Loan Production Office Relocates

Jacksonville, FL - EverBank® one of Florida's fastest growing financial services companies, announced the relocation of its Southern Florida Loan Production Office (LPO) from Glades Road to its new office on Congress Avenue in Boca Raton. The loan production office will process loan applications and arrange financing for real estate projects, corporations and small businesses.
The Boca Raton office employees include:
- LaJuan Messer, Southern Florida Regional Manager - With over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance, Ms. Messer will be responsible for growing business throughout South Florida.
- John Fledelius, Senior Credit Manager - With over 34 years of experience in Retail, Consumer, Commercial, and Commercial Real Estate Loans, Mr. Fledelius will be responsible for underwriting loans and supporting Ms. Messer's business development efforts.
- Courtney Lorenz, Office Manager - With over 15 years of experience in Retail, Consumer and Commercial Real Estate Banking, Ms. Lorenz will be responsible for the overall daily operation of the new office.
